Frankston Council Elections - Who is willing to answer questions?

Council Watch Australia https://www.councilwatch.com.au, sends a questionaire to each person standing in the council elections. So who standing in the Frankston council elections (October 2024) that thought it was worth informing the public about what they stand for? And perhaps more importantly who thought that what the public thinks doesn't matter? There are a few suprises as to who didn't answer: Steven Hughes, Liam Hughes, Nathan Conroy. It is also interesting that of the nine sitting councilors only three have submitted responses - six councilors maybe don't think it matters.
